Membership
Some practicalities...
Membership of the CTPSPG is open to registered clinicians and students who have at least a basic training in psychoanalytic theory and practice. In addition to psychologists this could include, for example, clinical social workers, counsellors, medical doctors, psychiatrists, and therapists qualified in the arts fields.
Our membership year runs from 1 April to 31 March, and annual fees are due by April 1st each year. New members pay a pro rata fee if they join during the year; student members pay half price. Our annual fee includes membership of the South African Psychoanalytic Confederation (SAPC), of which CTPSPG is an organisational member.
